ShopBack

What it is

A cashback platform that lets you earn money back when shopping with participating retailers. ShopBack also offers other ways to earn cashback through things like games, quests and selected activities.

Our take

We don’t use ShopBack all the time, but we’ve had it for a couple of years and have earned and withdrawn cashback through it. We’ve used it for everyday purchases, gift cards and ShopBack Play, which lets you earn cashback by completing milestones in mobile games.

We think it works best when you’re getting something back from spending or activities you were already going to do anyway — rather than changing your habits just to chase cashback.

  • Cashback generally needs to be confirmed before it can be withdrawn.
